Strong Game for JV Lacrosse
GUS scored first and looked to be a strong opponent as they quickly moved the ball down the field. However, Shore showed great determination in winning the ground ball battle. Shore quickly scored three goals (two by Teresa +one from GG) and went into halftime with a 4-2 lead. Shore maintained the lead through the second half with a improved midfield connections. Additional goals were scored by Ryan, Devon, Emily, and Stephanie. Thanks to Anna for playing in goal during the first half and to GG for her continued prowess as the JV goalie! It 's a quick turnaround for the team as they take the field again tomorrow @ 3:30 for a game vs. Carroll School.
